It was not a laugh but merely a loud smile.

I made movies of 11 strains of PTEN- mutants this morning, and I have 13 other movies to make of my HO46 or WT cells. One of the cell lines is Alex’s HO46, because his appear to move slower than mine, ryans, ethans, and allens. We want to see if the problem is with the cells or his handling.

I need to leave by 5:30 today, so I decided to make third movies of my cells that look obviously different from my control HO46. That cuts my 13 movies to 7. However, my schedule got thrown off - second time this week, because someone is using the microscope time I signed up for, yet again. It’s no big deal I suppose, as long as I am not late for my appointment!

I guess I will go organize my 50+ plates of PTEN- mutants.
